With more than 30 years of human resources and talent acquisition experience across both large corporate and third-party organizations, I have earned the reputation as a dynamic recruiting professional focused on delivering strategic, timely recruiting solutions.

Prior to joining JBK Associates, I had over 12 plus years of experience as an executive search consultant conducting senior level searches throughout the country. A sample of successful searches include: Regional President, Regional Credit Manager, Chief Lending Officer, CTO, CFO, Controller, SVP Sales and Marketing and many more.

I successfully recruited a number of key individuals for various disciplines including: the Chief Economist, Vice President and Manager of Asset/Liability and Securitization, Managing Director Asset Management Group, Division CFO, Controller, Vice President and Manager of M&A, Vice President and Corporate Brand Manager and many others.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron.
