Denise D'Agostino leads the Organizational Development Practice at JBK.
She brings a wealth of leadership and organizational effectiveness experience and has acted as a trusted advisor to senior executives and their teams to increase their effectiveness. Denise is a certified executive coach and experienced facilitator who creates value by designing and delivering customized solutions that support a company’s strategic initiatives.
As an Executive herself she has managed global teams, lived and worked abroad and knows the value of bringing a practical approach to complex and ever-evolving business opportunities. Her hands on experience spans industries such as Healthcare, Consumer Care, Medical Devices, Finance and High Tech to name a few.
Denise is passionate about Leadership and Individual Development, Effective Onboarding, Women’s Leadership and Career Development. Denise earned certifications in: Certified Executive Coach, Certified Professional Coach, Myers Briggs (MBTI), Everything DiSC suite of products, Hogan Assessment, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Prosci Change Management, Lominger Competencies, Situational Leadership and holds a BS in Business Management from Bryant University.
