Julie Kampf founded JBK Associates International, Inc. in 2003 to create an award winning executive talent solutions organization that moves beyond the limitations of standard executive search. With nearly 30 years of search and industry experience, she has built a diverse team focused on developing long-term client partnerships, providing in-depth expertise and delivering the comprehensive solutions that are the order of business today with an eye towards tomorrow. To complement JBK's expertise in senior-level talent, Julie founded SummitSearchU.S. in 2007 to focus on middle-management talent, and launched CareerCentral in 2008 to support companies and candidates with services such as coaching, training, workshops and assessments.
The results have brought clients the executive talent solutions they need, and have earned national acclaim for Julie and JBK Associates, which is certified as a women-owned business by the prestigious Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
