Julie Kampf founded JBK Associates International in 2003 to create an award winning executive talent solutions organization that moves beyond the limitations of standard executive search. With nearly 30 years of search and industry experience, she has built a diverse team focused on developing long-term client partnerships, providing in-depth expertise and delivering the comprehensive solutions that are the order of business today with an eye towards tomorrow. To complement JBK's expertise in senior-level talent, Julie founded SummitSearchU.S. in 2007 to focus on middle-management talent, and launched CareerCentral in 2008 to support companies and candidates with services such as coaching, training, workshops and assessments.
The results have brought clients the executive talent solutions they need, and have earned national acclaim for Julie and JBK Associates, which is certified as a women-owned business by the prestigious Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
In addition to her work at JBK Associates, Julie Kampf brings her commitment to women and diversity to her many volunteer activities. She serves on Howard University’s John H. Johnson School of Communications Board of Visitors, is a founding member of the Bergen County (NJ) chapter of Women United in Philanthropy, and is a past-President of the Metro chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and BioNJ. In addition, she has served on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) and on the Girl Scout Council of Bergen County. In her spare time, she raises money for charities including Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Table To Table and The Women’s Health and Counseling Center.

As Principal at JBK Associates International Steve Prisco brings expertise in day-to-day management, business development and execution to a comprehensive role created in response to the company’s accelerated growth across all sectors. At JBK, his specialties include sales and marketing management, training, business process improvement, leadership coaching and change management.
Prisco built deep and diverse industry knowledge spanning more than fifteen years in both executive search and management consulting, backed by nearly 20 years of sales and marketing leadership at the Senior Vice President level.
In the search arena, Steve Prisco served most recently as Principal at DHR International. His tenure in sales and marketing includes the cosmetics industry, where he held positions such as SVP of Sales for Sanofi Beauty Products and EVP/General Manager for the start-up Tyra Cosmetics in Chatsworth, California. He also served as EVP of Sales & Marketing for the Headstrong Group, where he directed the worldwide marketing and sales strategies for this manufacturer of recreational safety helmets. Steve earned a master’s degree in Psychology from Alfred University in Alfred, N.Y.

Michael Lazar manages the executive search, operations, research and workflow processes for JBK Associates International. In addition, he works closely to build and manage relationships for JBK with numerous industry, diversity and corporate organizations.
Michael and the team provide JBK Associates’ clients with outstanding candidates in various functional specialties including marketing, sales, finance, human resources and research & development, among others. He has served both agency and client-side organizations in the life sciences, healthcare, energy, financial services, communications and consumer products industries.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Philosophy and Political Thought from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and attended the Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ.

He brings a deep understanding of information technology as well as strong expertise in all facets of staffing and recruitment. With a deep expertise within healthcare, Jason brings more than a decade of experience including executive roles with multiple staffing firms.
Known for his work ethic, collaboration and innovation, Jason has worked with Fortune 100 companies and healthcare industry leaders to provide IT consulting, healthcare IT consulting and IT solutions. Jason works within a variety of industries and has particular expertise in the healthcare sector, where his skills have benefited organizations including healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, nursing homes, clinics, group homes and specialty organizations.
Jason holds a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association (ASA) and also has been accredited in Employment Law through the ASA. He earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Nassau Community College in Uniondale, N.Y.

Cecelia Bistrim brings more than 20 years’ experience in retained executive search to JBK New Jersey. A specialist with expertise in filling senior-level MD, PhD and PharmD positions in the Life Sciences, Cecelia has successfully filled searches in numerous therapeutic areas on behalf of major pharmaceutical companies, specialty and generic organizations, as well as biotechs and CROs. In addition to adding her background in filling clinical development and medical affairs roles to JBK Associates, she has also successfully placed commercial, regulatory affairs, project management, and IS/data management executives within the pharmaceutical industry. Several executive search engagements resulted in placements in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Prior to her work in pharmaceuticals, Cecelia conducted senior-level searches for companies ranging from Fortune 100 companies to mid-size public and private companies in various industry sectors, including telecommunications, chemicals, industrial equipment and high-end consumer products.
Cecelia earned her bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College.

Mary Ann Seamon brings more than a dozen years of human resources expertise to her work at JBK with clients in multiple industries with an emphasis on the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Mary Ann's human resources background combines both corporate and agency expertise. On the corporate side, she has worked in the human resources departments of IBM and PepsiCo, as well as a national computer retail chain. On the agency side, she handled both temporary and permanent placements for ASA Personnel Agency in New York City. These diverse experiences have helped Mary Ann build strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates at JBK Associates.
Mary Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both international business and marketing from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. She also earned a degree in fashion buying and merchandising management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

As Research Manager, Emmanuel Bernard oversees the internal research process at JBK Associates, International. He manages a team and process that is pivotal in allowing JBK to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of our clients in a changing and competitive business climate.
Emmanuel possesses a variety of work experience, beginning as a student intern for a New Jersey State Assemblyman, and incorporating expertise in industries that include hospitality, financial services and non-profit. His experience and advanced skills in database and records management, verbal and written communication and research make him a great asset in his role and allow him to support the firm in a variety of capacities.
Emmanuel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ.
