Susan Storts has broad experience in both executive search and corporate talent acquisition across a variety of industries including Consumer Goods, High Tech/Industrial and Marketing Services, Healthcare, Professional Services and Automotive.
Having been a trusted partner for many Fortune 500 companies, she has earned a reputation as a quintessential relationship builder with big-picture business acumen.
Susan began her career in executive search with a boutique global retained-based firm. As a Search Consultant, her ability to understand human capital needs and see the big picture provided clients and candidates thought leadership. As a key member of the organization, Susan was responsible for new business development, revenue generation and client management.
Most recently Susan served as an onsite consultant to a global automotive manufacturer where she managed Talent Acquisition for Corporate Global Quality. Partnering with the Global Corporate Quality Human Resource Business Partner during a time of extensive organizational change she led the development of strategic human capital programs and initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, affinity affiliations, and employer branding.
Her interests include gardening, travel and volunteer work supporting women and children. Susan holds a BBA from Walsh College.
