Kathryne Monier connects JBK’s expertise to the team development needs of companies across sectors using skills built over more than 20 years as a successful sales leader, search executive and entrepreneur.
She understands the intricacies of the wide range of industry including the world of start-ups through the most mature corporations, knowing how the top A-players enter those arenas for best results. By delivering talented, diverse and motivated individuals, she creates long-term relationships that grow.
Prior to joining JBK, Kathryne served as Vice President, Strategic Sales for an international executive search firm where she helped accelerate the firm’s growth by building partnerships with companies at all stages of development.
She previously co-founded and for 16 years successfully operated ActiveLead, a digital agency and lead generation company, where she built long-standing relationships with industry leaders in sectors including technology, telecommunications, food and beverage, media and entertainment, and consumer packaged goods. She also co-founded Connectify Networks, a technology company that helped Fortune 1000 companies acquire customers.
In addition, she led sales on the West Coast for the direct marketing company XOOM.com. After XOOM went public, NBC acquired the firm and Kathryne became West Coast Sales Director for NBC Internet.
Kathryne is a certified Executive Life Coach and a competitive triathlete who has enjoyed top honors in local and national competitions.
She received her B.A. from Miami University, where she played Division I field hockey.
