Monier joins JBK with more than 20 years of business, search and sales experience, most recently with the boutique international executive search firm Calibre One, where she served as Vice President, Strategic Sales. She previously co-founded and for 16 years successfully operated ActiveLead, a digital agency and lead generation company, where she built long-standing relationships with industry leaders in sectors including technology, telecommunications, food and beverage, media and entertainment, and consumer packaged goods.
