Known for his energy and creativity, LaKind has helped organizations large and small build and grow teams for more than 20 years. He has placed candidates both domestically and abroad for companies from startups through Fortune 500s, working across industries including Cybersecurity, FinTech, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), AdTech, Health Services, Biotech and Sustainability. He has developed an extensive network of motivated, diverse and successful entrepreneurs and executives, and has particular expertise in situating Sales, Marketing, People Ops and Finance leaders.

His prior search experience includes a multi-year tenure with an executive search firm where he became a founding member of the firm’s professional services practice.
