“Great leaders, like accomplished athletes, understand that practice does not make perfect; it makes permanent! That’s why they focus on perfect practice. I partner with Board and C-suite leadership teams to bring that high-end athletic rigor and ‘perfect practice’ execution to their organizations’ talent acquisition strategy to drive and ensure sustained success.”
